Our appointments call center was overloaded, with long wait times. We made improving the patient’s experience a top priority. We wanted to make it  possible for patients to set their own appointments on a secure website, be quickly answered by our call center staff, and receive travel instructions and care guidelines digitally.

We also wanted reminder messages sent to clients a day before their tests.

Ichilov Hospital and Neta Health Services are operating an innovative service: ‘Ichilov Home’. The essence of the service is bringing the medical quality of Ichilov Hospital to the patient’s home.

R.R Knowledge Systems and technologies is accompanying the adaptation of the workflow and the service requirements using a supportive information system. R.R.’s information system supports the doctors working for the service and the rest of the personnel. The system was swiftly built and adjusted to fit the needs of the doctors and nurses, forms were created and specifically tailored for the service as well as a supporting medical guidance procedure.

The Dashboard is currently being completed by R.R which will enable optimized management and control for the patients belonging to the service.

I received an assignment from the customer to create a secure member area, where the patient could view their scan results after performing a scan at our medical center. 

On the one hand, we were interested in shortening the wait time for the results as much as possible, thus lowering the level of anxiety that accompanies a wait for a result that determines if it is an abnormal finding or if everything is in order. And on the other hand, we wanted to optimize and mitigate the administrative work entailed with manually delivering results to the customers.

Additionally, we wanted to allow access to the member area from anywhere: from a coffee shop, the beach, or a vacation in Costa Rica.

The team at R.R, led by their CEO, took on the assignment in full-force and created an optimized system along with immediate reports to the client regarding the interpretation status of the scan. Thanks to that, the work of the administrative team in regards to providing answers to the client has been reduced to the minimum, which enables them to be available for more important tasks.

All this was made possible thanks to R.R. Systems’ online system for viewing digital scan reports.
